Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you must accept and agree with the terms of services written below:

General Terms

<>I have the right to decline or cancel a commission without explanation before payment.
<>Commissions are for personal use only. You may do anything with the commissions as long is not for monetary gain. Otherwise, a commercial fee is required.
<>Please provide your email address, references and commission prompt when contacting me for commissions!
<>** I hold the rights for all the art I have done, and as such, I am allowed to use them for my own promotional purposes.**
<> If you wish for a anonymous commission, please say it in the beginning. Private commissions will require a double price fee.

Payment

<> Payment is done in USD.
<> Invoice will be issued after confirming with the initial draft amd must be paid 24h after invoice have been sent!
<>Refunds are not allowed after confirming the purchase.

Process

<> I usually don't send out work-in-progress pictures, but if asked, I can provide them! However, I will not provide a step-per-step wip (e.g sketch -> line -> color, etc), since it will disrupt my flow.
<> Big changes are not allowed after the initial rough draft, only small adjustments. No changes are allowed post-lineart, it will require an extra fee.
<> Generally, most commissions will be finished within 2 weeks-ish, but can be extended due to external factors (e.g. health issues, college, complexity, etc) However, if the commission is complicated (e.g such as in character design or reference sheet commissions), be aware it might take longer!

Half-body

<>Half-body usually features a simple to no background. Background prices will be dependant on complexity.
<>Depending on the complexity of the character (e.g. wings, tattoo, pattern, hair, etc) extra fees might be required.
<> ⚠ Half-body commissions are usually simple poses only, if it is more complex, then it will usually be under a full-body commission instead!

<>Tentacle commissions will require a additional fee of $50+.
<> I usually don't really like to accept commissions with detailed background, so please keep this in mind!

<> The base price only includes the design in frontview and some closeup details, anything extra will require additional payment (e.g backview, bust view, etc)
<>Please include some reference point for the design, such as a ideaboard or simply some images
<>Depending on the complexity of the character (e.g. wings, tattoo, pattern, hair, etc) extra fees might be required!
<>If the commission is very complex, I might do it alongside with other commissions!
<>Currently not accepting reference-style design commissions (front-back view). Only front-view!
